Varietal Composition: 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon

Elaboration: The vines are harvested mechanically. Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation is at 15/26°C. Post-fermentation maceration for 10 to 12 days. Malolactic fermentation on the lees. Aging is in 100% stainless steel tanks. 6,000 cases are produced annually.

Tasting Notes: Great aromatic complexity ranging from notes of red fruit to vanilla. Beautiful garnet color. Well balanced mouth with silky tannins.

PRODUCER BACKGROUND

Vignobles Landié, a family-owned Estate for over 30 years, independent grower who started his career as a simple winegrower selling in bulk. In the late 90s, Mr. Landié built a modern stainless-steel winery with cold storage facilities and started selling bottled wine. A big challenge that he successfully met by producing excellent value driven Bordeaux.
