WHY WE LOVE IT

  • This rich and balanced wine comes from France, where the vineyard is located on silt and clay soils.
  • The Sauvignon Blanc grape contributes freshness and elegance to the blend, while Viognier adds roundness and exotic notes.
  • Serve this wine chilled, between 7°C and 8°C.

Varietal Composition: 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Viognier

Elaboration: Grapes are harvested in the cool morning hours to prevent oxidation and are vinified separately. After destemming and pneumatic pressing, free-run and press juices are separated, cold-stabilized for two weeks, and then statically settled. Low-temperature fermentation (14–16°C) preserves aromatic finesse, and the wine is aged on fine lees before blending and bottling.

Tasting Notes: Pale yellow with green highlights. Vegetal notes blended with white-fleshed fruit aromas and a hint of acacia. Rich and intense on the palate, with excellent balance and lively length.
