Varietal Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes: This classic Cabernet Sauvignon boasts ripe black fruit and is nicely structured. Aromas of sun-ripened blackberry lead to flavors of juicy plum and toasted oak. This wine is full-bodied and excellently balanced, it’s finish persistent and elegant.
Elaboration: Fermented in stainless steel with extended maceration for 10 days and aged in 20% of oak barrels.
