Kenji Rosé
WHY WE LOVE IT
- This fresh and fruity wine was sourced from France.
- The vineyard is planted in gravelly soils, which allows the vines to thrive in lightly drained ground.
- The wine is aged on fine lees, which adds roundness and complexity to its flavor.
Varietal Composition: Rosé blend
Elaboration: Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness and reduce oxidation, then destemmed and gently pressed with a pneumatic press. Free-run and press juices are separated and clarified, with fermentation taking place at 16 to 18 °C. After racking, the wine is aged on fine lees.
Tasting Notes: Pale pink with bluish hues. Delicate floral aromas with hints of small red berries. Crisp, clean, and well-balanced, featuring nice fruit character and a fresh, harmonious finish.
