Azienda Uggiano

Azienda Uggiano is a Tuscan winery located in San Vincenzo a Torri, near Florence, Italy. Founded in the 1970s, it has a rich history rooted in Tuscan wine traditions.  In 2014, three longtime friends and employees took over the winery and continued its traditions while introducing innovative elements. The current management team consists of Fabio Martelli, Daniele Prosperi, and Giacomo Fossati.

The vineyards are situated on the border between Chianti Classico and Chianti Colli Fiorentini, with locations in Montespertoli, Montelupo Fiorentino, and San Casciano in Val di Pesa. Uggiano’s wines are celebrated for embodying the classical expressions of Tuscan winemaking. The winery produces a range of Tuscan wines, including Chianti Classico, Chianti Colli Fiorentini, and Super Tuscans, as well as wines from Montalcino, such as Rosso and Brunello.

Uggiano prioritizes quality in all aspects of their winemaking process, from vineyard management to aging and bottling. Committed to sustainable practices, Uggiano has achieved Equalitas Sustainable certification. While respecting tradition, the winery also embraces innovation and aims to adapt to the evolving needs of the wine-loving community.
