Varietal Composition: 100% Cabernet Franc
Elaboration: From a selection of two vineyards in the South Okanagan, the Cabernet Franc spends 30 days macerating on its skins before undergoing malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank.
Tasting Notes: Dark fruit, peppercorn, spice, blueberry nose. The palate is strawberry, cranberry, peppercorn, and vanilla bean.
