Bennu Pinot Noir
WHY WE LOVE IT
- Bright and juicy, this Pinot is straightforward and approachable.
- The fruit comes from nearly every corner of the Willamette Valley, excluding McMinnville. Consider it an all-star full lineup featuring contributions from the Dundee Hills, Eola-Amity Hills, Yamhill-Carlton, Chehalem Mountain, and Van Duzer vineyards.
- It’s crafted for porch hangs, late-night decompressions, backyard chaos, and spontaneous deep conversations.
Varietals: 100% Pinot Noir
Elaboration: Destemmed and fermented at cool temperatures, aged in neutral and lightly toasted French oak to achieve just enough texture without heaviness. Purely grapes. No nonsense.
Tasting Notes: It goes down smoothly, perhaps a bit too easily. The flavors include cherry, flowers, cocoa, and vanilla, offering a silky texture with a medium body. It’s dangerously smooth.
