Elaboration: The grapes are whole-cluster pressed for freshness and clarity, then cool fermented to lock in floral aromatics. The wine is aged in stainless steel to keep it bright and clean, and force carbonated for consistent, fine bubbles.
Tasting Notes: Bright and floral on the nose, with notes of pear, lemon zest, brioche, and white flower. Creamy and electric on the palate, with fine, persistent bubbles and bright, refreshing acidity, finishing light-bodied and easy to drink.
