- The vineyard was planted in 1992 and it’s terroir is shallow soil, sandy loam texture, low fertility with presence of pebbles.
Varietal Composition: 100% Pinot Noir
Elaboration: Drip irrigation. The grapes are refrigerated before destemming. election, destemming and maceration in a pneumatic press for 2 hours. Extraction of must by draining up to 1.5 bar pressure. Protective from contact with air. Static settling, racking, sowing with selected yeasts and fermenting at 15°C.
Tasting Notes: Faint salmon with delicate bright reflections. Complex aromas, great expression of red fruits, notes of banana and apricot also stand out. Sweet and friendly entry, vibrant center of the mouth and fresh finish due to its balanced acidity.
