Elaboration: The vinification process is traditional, involving de-stemming and fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. It is aged for at least 12 months in American oak barrels before being bottled.
Tasting Notes: Clear and bright wine. Intense purple color. High aromatic intensity with a refreshing hint of black fruit and balsamic notes that enhance the aromas of the fruit. Subtle aromas of vanilla and roasted notes characteristic of aging oak barrels. Fruity on the palate, with well-integrated acidity and persistent tannins at the center of the tongue. Aftertaste of black fruit. Wood is well integrated with vanilla notes characteristic of aging in American oak barrels. Medium-high persistence.

Bodegas Condado de Haza, located in Roa, Burgos, Spain, is a well-known Ribera del Duero winery owned by the Fernández Rivera family since 1987. Part of the Tinto Pesquera Group, it specializes in 100% Tempranillo wines, which are structured and often aged in American oak barrels. The estate spans 200 hectares of vineyards, emphasizing sustainability and biodiversity, with a cellar carved into a hillside for optimal storage conditions. Since 1993, it has operated as a fully integrated winery, committed to organic production and crafting unique wines from diverse soils.
