WHY WE LOVE IT

Varietal Composition: 50% Macabeo, 50% Sauvignon Blanc

Elaboration:The grapes are harvested mechanically at dawn to obtain fresh grapes. The grapes are immediately separated from the stems and after a light pressing, the free-run must is decanted and clarified to ferment for 15/20 days at a controlled temperature between 10 and 16º C in order to maintain the fullness of the fruit.

Tasting Notes: Yellow color with bright greenish reflections. Aroma of green apple, mixed with citrus and tropical fruits. On the palate, the entrance is unctuous, with a balanced acidity and a persistent finish.
