Bodegas Nodus Chaval Rosé

Bodegas Nodus Chaval Rosé

WHY WE LOVE IT

  • Light, very pleasant, nicely balanced, easy to drink, refreshing wine.
  • The Mediterranean influence affects the vineyard, as the grapes ripen smaller and with greater concentration of fruit and flavor.

Varietal Composition: 100% Bobal Rosé

Elaboration: Excellent young and organic wine made with the best organic grapes from the vineyards. Once the optimum maturity is reached, a short cold maceration is carried out, fermentation at 16ºC to later carry out the traditional bleeding method, thus preserving the must with all the flavors and aromas of the grapes.

Tasting Notes: Bright raspberry red color. Persistent red fruit notes, with raspberry standing out. Fleshy and smooth with a refreshing, lively acidity, leaving a very desirable finish. In the mouth it is elegant, tasty and fresh.
