- 100% wine – 0% Alcohol! A Provencal estate with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1682, Château La Coste is launching a new brand that is 100% wine and 0% alcohol.
- After three years of research they are introducing NOOH or Union of “No” for those who want a non-alcoholic alternative to wine.
Varietal Composition: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Elaboration: Mechanical harvest. Low temperature pressing, inerting of the presses. Low temperature fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aging in thermoregulated stainless steel vats on fine lees to preserve the fruit and freshness and provide volume in the mouth.
Tasting Notes: Floral and vegetal nose with subtle accents of green tea leafFruity nose, evoking ripe yellow lemon, bringing a nice freshness Nice acidity and roundness in the mouth. Aroma of white fruits, juicy peach.

Château La Coste produces organic wines from Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence and IGP Portes de Méditerranée. Covering some 200 hectares, the estate boasts a wine-making tradition dating back to Roman times, in a remarkable setting featuring vineyards, cypresses, stone pines, olive trees, and oaks.
Inspired by the exceptional terroir, Château La Coste uses organic processes and applies biodynamic principles, prioritizing quality over quantity.
