PRODUCER BACKGROUND
Château de la Vieille Tour is a historic, family-owned winery in the Bordeaux region of France. Founded in 1839 by the Boissonneau family, this estate is situated in the Entre-Deux-Mers area near St. Michel de Lapujade. The winery began its organic farming practices in 2007 and is now fully certified organic, while also working towards Biodynamic certification. They produce both red and white Bordeaux wines from estate-grown grapes, emphasizing sustainable practices such as eco-grazing and maintaining beehives.
