Varietal Composition: 100% Pinot Noir
Elaboration: Cultured and wild fermentation in open-top stainless steel fermenters, 20% whole bunches and hand plunged. The wine was then aged with French oak.
Tasting Notes: The bouquet has lifted aromas of vanilla bean and wild thyme outfitted with red berry fruits and a savory earthiness. The palate has bright red cherry flavors interlaced with forest floor, cranberry and bramble nuances. The Focused frame and toasty backbone are Balanced with rounded tannins.
