Yves Cuilleron Syrah Signé

Cuilleron Syrah “Signé”

WHY WE LOVE IT

  • Cuilleron Syrah “Signé” is a cuvée resulting from a co-planting and co-fermentation of Syrah (red) and Viognier (white), two traditional regional grape varieties. The name actually comes from a combination of the words Syrah and Viognier.
  • Grown on shallow granitic soils.
  • Signé is too be enjoyed young around 3-4 years old.
  • No insecticides with respect of soil and vine balance, few treatments (depending on weather and the necessity) and small amount of organic fertilizer.

Varietal Composition: 85% Syrah, 15% Viognier

Elaboration: Aged for 8 months in barrels.

Tasting Notes: The color is purplish and shiny. This expressive and tender wine offers a fruity and elegant nose with notes of sweet spices and flowers. The palate is harmonious with good length.
