Das Juice

Das Juice is a winemaking project founded by James Audas and Tom Sheer. Their approach prioritizes a top-notch drinking experience, sourcing all their wines from some of the finest organic and biodynamic vineyards across South Australia. Additionally, they produce a special wine in Beaujolais, from the organic vineyards of Fleurie hero and good friend Guillaume Chanudet.

The winemaking process at Das Juice involves minimal intervention; their wines undergo no adjustments, fining, or filtration. The only addition during bottling is a small amount of sulphur. They believe in respecting the natural character of each vintage by avoiding disturbances during the ageing process, honoring the grapes provided by the unique conditions of the growing season. Their philosophy is simple: nothing added, nothing taken away.
