Elaboration: Fermented whole-bunch for 2 weeks and joined with direct press juice and destemmed berries of Shiraz.
Tasting Notes: A juicy light red with dark blue fruit and featherweight tannin. Ideal with a chill.

PRODUCER BACKGROUND
Das Juice is a winemaking project by James Audas and Tom Sheer, focused on delivering a premium drinking experience. They source wines from the finest organic and biodynamic vineyards in South Australia and practice minimal intervention in winemaking, with no adjustments, fining, or filtration—only a small amount of sulphur is added at bottling. Their philosophy is to respect the natural character of each vintage, adhering to a “nothing added, nothing taken away” approach.
