- Das Juice White is sourced from Adelaide Hills, South Australia.
- Adelaide Hills is a substantial wine growing area in the Mount Lofty Ranges region of South Australia. It is one of the largest wine regions in the state, reaching the Fleurieu Peninsula and McLaren Vale in the south, and the Barossa and Eden Valleys in the north.
Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Semillon
Elaboration: Hand picked. The fruit was de-stemmed then pressed to tank for a slow natural ferment and left on solids for 6 months to flesh it out. Finished with a small sulphur addition prior to bottling.
Tasting Notes: Citrus highs and herbaceous lows. A wicked punch of acid with lime cordial notes that takes the typical ‘SSB’ blend to new heights. Picnic wine.

Das Juice is a winemaking project by James Audas and Tom Sheer, focused on delivering a premium drinking experience. They source wines from the finest organic and biodynamic vineyards in South Australia and practice minimal intervention in winemaking, with no adjustments, fining, or filtration—only a small amount of sulphur is added at bottling. Their philosophy is to respect the natural character of each vintage, adhering to a “nothing added, nothing taken away” approach.
