Domaine FL Savennières Frémine
WHY WE LOVE IT
Elaboration: The vinification process is in perfect harmony with nature and its terroir. The wines are labeled “organic agriculture,” a quality label which recognizes respect for biodiversity, the preservation of natural resources and the assurance of a high level of animal well-being.
The harvest is carried out manually with successive selections in order to obtain very high-quality grapes. No malolactic fermentation is carried out on the white wines, allowing the wine to keep a richness of expression, aromas during tasting and a very important aging potential.
Tasting Notes: The color of the Savennières Frémine is pale yellow with brilliant reflections. The bouquet is adorned with notes of white flowers, lime. On the palate, this wine is a perfect balance between salinity and minerality.
