Domaine Johanna Cécillon
Following a path laid down by their grandparents and her father, Johanna Cécillon and her husband, Louis, found their passion creating the exceptional ciders of Domaine Johanna Cécillon. Cider and wine played important roles in both their families and they are proud to carry those legacies forward.
The success of Domaine Johanna Cécillon is the culmination of Johanna’s and Louis’ previous experience in the corporate world, technical training, deep respect for the land, reverence for ancestral traditions, and above all, passion. The couple work together to maintain the orchards, manually harvesting apples, and developing cider using organic methods.
Their estate covers 11 hectares in the municipalities of Sévignac and Trédias north of Brittany, with eight hectares of high-stem orchards, yielding 14 varieties of cider apples. This land, once inhabited by ancient Gallic tribes, now produces ciders to please sophisticated palates.
