Domaine La Provenquière Péché Coquin 0% Sparkling Rosé

WHY WE LOVE IT

  • In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Péché Coquin Range, Domaine La Provenquière has introduced the new Péché Coquin Zéro 0.
  • This wine is produced using grapes that are cultivated in clay-limestone soils.
  • The Péché Coquin Zéro Sparkling Rosé showcases fine bubbles created through refined carbonation without fermentation.
  • The Cuvée Péché Coquin 0.0% Sparkling Rosé is an alcohol-free, naturally low-calorie option. The Cuvée Péché Coquin 0.0% Blanc is an alcohol-free, naturally low-calorie option. It contains no added sugar and is gluten-free.

Varietal: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay

Elaboration: Each plot is carefully chosen for producing 0.0% cuvées. A brief skin contact during cold maceration lends a pale pink color before direct pressing and must preservation through pasteurization. This is followed by a complex blend using grape seeds, yeast extract, and French oak for balance and depth. The Péché Coquin Zéro employs a fermentation-free process that creates fine, delicate bubbles through refined carbonation.

Tasting Notes: A luminous color with pink highlights. This cuvée combines aromas of small red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant) with exotic notes such as lychee. Its intense fruitiness is enhanced by fresh, floral flavors that combine delicacy and lightness.
