Varietal: Blanc de Blancs de Chardonnay

Elaboration: Each plot is selected for its terroir, perfect for producing 0.0% cuvées. After careful selection, a brief skin contact during cold maceration extracts delicate compounds, followed by direct pressing and pasteurization. The blend includes grape seeds, yeast extract, and French oak for balance and depth. The Péché Coquin Zéro Sparkling Blanc showcases fine bubbles created through refined carbonation without fermentation.

Tasting Notes: Its color is a radiant golden yellow with a fine, persistent effervescence. The nose reveals stone fruits (vine peach, apricot) complemented by notes of citrus and white flowers. The palate is fresh, fruity, and intense. The Chardonnay gives it the elegance and finesse needed for perfect balance, with a tasty, crisp finish.
