Varietal: Cinsault, Syrah
Elaboration: Each plot is carefully chosen for its ideal terroir for the production of 0.0% cuvées. The harvest of fine Cinsault and Syrah grapes takes place early and at night to maintain freshness. After meticulous selection, a brief cold maceration extracts delicate compounds for the wine’s pale pink color. The must is preserved through pasteurization, followed by a complex blend with grape seeds, yeast extract, and French oak, resulting in balanced and unique cuvées.
Tasting Notes: With its radiant pink color, this cuvée combines the roundness of the Cinsault with the intensity of the Syrah. On the nose, a superb aromatic bouquet with notes of red fruits (strawberry, redcurrant), exotic fruits and flowers such as linden blossom. The palate is expressive with a superb freshness.
