Elaboration:  It’s fruit comes from the Lewis Estate Vineyard and some of the fruit is sourced from Phinny Hill & Kenny Hill Estate. It is aged in 20% new French oak, 20% new American oak, 60% neutral oak.

Tasting Notes: This beautifully aromatic vintage opens with enticing hints of dark fruit, sweet tobacco, seared meat and baking spices. A velvety entry on the palate yields notable flavors of blackberry jam and star anise. Full-bodied with a deliciously lengthy and savory mouth-coating finish, this one has a high YUM factor!
