Varietal: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Elaboration: Aged for 18 months, 36% in New French Oak, 4% in New American Oak. Fermentation: 20% in Oak Tank, 9% in 500L Roller Barrels.
Tasting Notes: The Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon offers great structure and concentration with a dusty tannin finish. The aroma is filled with fresh red fruits such as cherry, raspberry, and hints of vanilla bean. On the palate, it is full and plush, featuring flavors of black cherry, currant, and plum.
