King Rabbit Rosé Blend
WHY WE LOVE IT
- King Rabbit Organic Rosé comes from a unique terroir in the south of France, at the foot of the Montagne Noire and facing the Pyrenees.
- Influenced by oceanic conditions to the west and Mediterranean to the east, at an altitude of 50 to 500 meters.
- The vines thrive on well-drained clay-limestone and gravelly soils, which promote slow and even ripening.
Varietal Composition: Cinsault, Grenache
Elaboration: The harvest is conducted at night to prevent oxidation. After destemming and pressing, the free-run and press juices are separated. The must is clarified by flotation, and fermentation occurs at 17 to 20°C with minimal intervention, in accordance with organic standards. Finally, the wine is aged, blended, and bottled.
Tasting Notes: Pale pink with bluish tinges. Fresh red berry aromas with a tangy touch and a hint of candy sweetness. A crisp and lively wine, well-balanced with intense fruit and a vibrant finish.

PRODUCER BACKGROUND
King Rabbit sources its grapes from the IGP Pays d’Oc appellation in Languedoc-Roussillon, a hilly terroir where Mediterranean, continental, and Oceanic climates meet. Cinsault and Grenache from coastal, mineral-rich soils go into the Rosé, while Malbec, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and other varietals are grown further inland — all drawn from a network of independent, organically farmed vineyards.
The brand is produced by LGI Wines, a Languedoc-based producer founded in Carcassonne in 1999 that works with grower partners across the Languedoc and Gascony regions rather than a single family estate. A team of seven winemakers oversees the range, which now ships to markets across the US, UK, and Europe.
