Elaboration: The traditional winemaking process involves fermenting Syrah and Grenache grapes in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to enhance complexity. After fermentation, the wine is aged on fine lees for added texture. Alcohol is then gently removed through low-temperature vacuum distillation, preserving the wine’s natural flavors and aromas, which are complemented with subtle sweetness and carbonation.
