Lamadrid Reserva Malbec
WHY WE LOVE IT
- Lamadrid Reserva Malbec is made from 100% estate-grown grapes, sourced from Vineyard La Suiza in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo.
- The vineyard was established in 1995 and benefits from stony loam soil and organic drip irrigation, which contribute to the quality of the grapes.
- Lamadrid Reserva is a rich, balanced Malbec that reflects the unique terroir of the region.

PRODUCER BACKGROUND
Lamadrid Estate Wines is a boutique winery in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina, founded in 2004 by Guillermo García Lamadrid. The estate is known for its high-quality Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Bonarda, focusing on organic and sustainable, minimal-intervention winemaking. The vineyards, located at 1,000 meters above sea level, benefit from sandy-silty loam soils and pure Andean water, producing wines with rich tannins and precise acidity. Lamadrid includes three properties: Finca La Matilde, Finca Lamadrid, and Finca La Suiza, and is led by renowned sibling winemakers Hector and Pablo Durigutti.
