- The Sagemoor Estate Red Blend is sourced from the Weinbau Vineyard in Wahluke Slope AVA. It has a sloping elevation of 710 to 950 feet.

Varietal: 92% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Cabernet Franc
Elaboration: Weinbau receives water from the Columbia Basin Irrigation Project. Drip irrigation enables them to use Regulated Deficit Irrigation (RDI).
Tasting Notes: Cocoa dusted black cherry, plum puree, black currants. Swirling brings notes of spring flowers, raspberries and a hint of vanilla bean. The palate is textured with vibrant acidity, juicy red and black fruit super fine yet dusty tannins.

Sagemoor’s parent company, Allan Bros. Inc., is a multi-generational family owned and operated company with a rich history in agriculture beginning in the 1930’s in the Yakima Valley. In 2014, Allan Brothers purchased Sagemoor Vineyards from its original founders who began planting vineyards in 1972. For fifty years, Sagemoor Vineyards has provided premium wine grapes from iconic vineyards to dozens of the most renowned wineries and winemakers in Washington.
