Varietal: 64% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Franc
Elaboration: Weinbau receives water from the Columbia Basin Irrigation Project. Drip irrigation enables them to use Regulated Deficit Irrigation (RDI).
Tasting Notes: Aromas of cocoa-dusted black cherry, plum,aromatic violet, jasmine, milk chocolate, andgraphite minerality. A freshening aciditylivens up the delicious flavors of black cherrycoulis, black raspberry and damp earth.
