Elaboration: Grapes were picked in the cool morning, gently pressed, and fermented in stainless steel to preserve fruit purity. The wine aged on fine lees for several months.
Tasting Notes: The nose starts with notes of lime zest, white peach and grapefruit blossom, layered with tropical notes of passion fruit and guava. Subtle complexities unfold with hints of lemon grass, crushed oyster shell. The palate is zesty and focused on entry, expanding into a silky, layered mid-palate with vibrant acidity and a mineral backbone. Flavors of green melon, citrus oil, gooseberry and ripe nectarine.
