Nuiton Beaunoy is the brand for wines produced by the Cave des Hautes-Côtes, the only cooperative winery in Burgundy’s Côte d’Or region. Founded in 1957 by a small group of winegrowers, today it includes 115 growers managing 520 hectares of vineyards across various “climats” in the Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits, and their Hautes-Côtes. Nuiton Beaunoy focuses on sustainable viticulture and is committed to environmental practices, earning the “Vignerons Engagés” label, which truly sets them apart.

Nuiton Beaunoy showcases the heritage and expertise of the region with its variety of wines, especially from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Established to foster collaboration and community among its members, this cooperative produces high-quality selections, reflecting Burgundy’s rich winemaking tradition.
