Varietals: 100% Pinot Noir
Elaboration: Hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes from the Beaune region of Burgundy are used. The winemaking process involves gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and aging for 18 months in French oak barrels, with 30% new oak.
Tasting Notes: Red color with violet hues. The nose is bursting with the fruitiness of the Pinot Noir. The flavor is fresh with a crisp onset, enveloped by highly silky tannins. This vintage is the perfect ambassador for the Beaune appellation.
