Elaboration: Temperature controlled vinification and aging on the lees in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Notes: Light golden color with silver glints. Prominent white flower fragrances in the bouquet. Unctuous and persistent on the palate with flavors of white fleshed fruit (pear) and stone fruits (apricot, fuzzy peach).
