Varietals: 100% Pinot Noir

Elaboration: Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats, beginning with a 2 to 3-day pre-fermentation cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation occurs at 28 to 30°C with pumping over, finishing with 12 hours at 35°C. The wine is aged for 10 months in barrels, with 15% being new.

Tasting Notes: A perfectly harmonious wine for pleasure, revealing aromas of red berries. The slightly spicy palate is balanced by discreet tannins and fresh aromas.
