Varietal Composition: 100% Mencia
Elaboration: Made in the ‘joven’ style – meaning that it has limited oak and is fresh and slurpy and ready to drink.
Tasting Notes: Plenty of violet florals, cherry syrup and jubey blackbery concentrate. Like drinking flowers, the Mencia has such a delicious palate. Bright, fresh and zesty – this red has limited oak impact and is all about the fruit. Chewy berry flavors abound.
