Varietal Composition: 100% Tempranillo

Elaboration: Tempranillo is fast becoming a preferred variety in McLaren Vale, with its more savory notes and rustic charm. Older French oak is used, letting the Tempranillo varietal characters sing. Cooler and wet years in McLaren Vale, resulted in slow ripening and excellent concentration of flavor.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of olive pesto, bitumen, spice, gravy and cherry anise spirit. Palate Coating tannins, give depth and structure to the wine, cherry cola, mocha, dried herb and fresh sage. Delish!
