Varietal Composition: 100% Raboso
Elaboration: The Charmat Method involves a brief maceration of the skins to maintain balanced tannins and to extract the dynamic fruit flavors of Raboso. It ages for 90 days on lees, followed by an additional 30 days in the bottle.
Tasting Notes: Superior structure, great fruit, excellent aromaticity, intense colour, ruby red with violet reflections, fine perlage and enveloping foam. Persistent and fragrant scent, reminiscent of field violets and cherries. A lively wine, with long and fruity persistence, savory and dry, with an inviting foam that makes every sip irresistible. Delicate astringency.

Paladin Vigne E Vini was founded by Valentino Paladin in 1962 in Motta di Livenza, near Treviso, and relocated to Annone Veneto in the 1970s. Driven by a passion for research and a respect for tradition, the winery highlights the unique characteristics of the Lison-Pramaggiore area and produces wines from its clay-limestone soils. Now run by Francesca Paladin and her siblings, the winery flourishes in rich soils and diverse cultures, and is celebrated for its international grape varieties.
