Elaboration: Barrel Aged 1-2 year oak (18%), new oak (82%)
Tasting Notes: Chardonnay grapes were whole-bunch pressed into stainless still tanks where spontaneous fermentation took place. Afterwards, the wine was transferred into aged French barrels for a 9-month-long maturation, then bottled.
