Varietals: 100% Viognier
Elaboration: Viognier grapes were destemmed, and the berries were transferred into a fermenting vessel, where spontaneous fermentation took place. Afterward, the wine was pressed directly into aged French barrels for a 9-month maturation, then bottled.
Tasting Notes: Sunshine on my Skin is known for its unique blend of savory and fruit-forward notes like apricot blossom and persimmon meeting cardamom and almond kernels. A very unique wine that won’t be around long.
