Varietals: 100% Shiraz
Elaboration: Shiraz grapes were destemmed and transferred to a fermenting vessel, where spontaneous fermentation occurred. Afterward, the wine was pressed directly into aged French barrels for a 9-month maturation, then bottled.
Tasting Notes: Bright and vibrant red with notes of juicy red fruit. It is crunchy and has a refreshing lift.
