Varietal Composition: 100% Viognier
Elaboration: Grapes are whole-cluster pressed and aged for 7 months in specialized wineglobes before settling in stainless steel. It is a minimal-intervention wine with no chemicals added.
Tasting Notes: Classic varietal expression here: rich white fruit, fleshy and ripe, with a backbone of bright acidity that elevates everything and keeps it fresh. Pairs beautifully with rich white sauces and totally shines with sweet dishes too.
