- Top shelf Cava from the classic region of Penedes – Longer than usual aging time on lees means loads of complexity in the form of secondary aromatics!
- 100% Estate fruit and sustainably farmed.
Varietal Composition: 41% Parellada, 27% Xarel-lo, 23% Macabeo, 9% Chardonnay
Elaboration: Traditional vinification. Aged 14 months on fine lees.
Tasting Notes: Floral aromas give way to generous notes of stone fruit, ripe lemon and fresh pastry. It has an elegant yet full-bodied mid-palate followed by a lingering finish.

True Colours is a Cava brand created by Altia, one of Scandinavia’s most well-loved beverage companies, as a way to fund the support of LGBTQ acceptance around the world. For USA sales, GLAAD will receive a donation of $6 per case on all bottles sold in the U.S. in support of their continued efforts to accelerate the acceptance of the LGBTQ community across our country. We were excited about the opportunity to be part of this program on the West Coast, and became even more pumped when we tasted what was inside the bottle.
