Varietal Composition: 74% Merlot 26% Cabernet Sauvignon

Elaboration: A long skin fermentation with lots of aeration is followed by oak maturation for 8 months in French and American oak. Pasteurized in the juice stage of production, this wine is prepared under supervision of the Cape Town Beth Din.

Tasting Notes: A deep and brilliant ruby red, one can expect notes of red fruit and cassis with a hint of vanilla. A full-bodied and sumptuous wooded red wine.
