Viñas del Cénit Field Blend ‘Bonales’
WHY WE LOVE IT
- Field Blend Bonales comes from organic century-old vineyards.
- The average vine age is 80 to 100 years.
- These vineyards sit in clay and sand soil at an altitude of 800 meters.
- The region has a continental climate with very cold winters and hot summers, an ideal environment for producing wine with depth and complexity.
Varietals: 65% Tempranillo; 30% white varieties as Dona Blanca, Palomino or Godello; 5% Garnacha and Garnacha Tintorera
Elaboration: Grapes are hand-harvested and co-fermented in small presses, with each plot handled individually. The wine then ages in barrels, enhancing its characteristics while preserving the land’s unique qualities.
Tasting Notes: The wine has a lively and fresh aroma with fruity, balsamic, and floral notes. Its complexity comes from diverse grape varieties. On the palate, it’s voluminous and enjoyable, reflecting its aromatic profile.
