Varietals: 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc
Elaboration: Fermented in stainless steel and concrete, then aged 22 months in 75% new French oak barriques without pressing.
Tasting Notes: The wine has a deep nose of blackberries and cassis, with hints of herbs and dark chocolate. It’s full-bodied and concentrated, with bold tannins, a plush texture, and high acidity, leading to a long, chewy finish with lingering flavors.
