- WeatherEye Estate The Raven’s Share is a high-altitude, Right Bank-themed Bordeaux-style red blend from the top of Red Mountain in Washington State.
- Sourced from high-density, north-northeast-facing slopes on Red Mountain to protect against extreme heat.
- It is crafted by winemaker Todd Alexander and vineyard manager Ryan Johnson.
Varietals: 36% Cabernet Franc, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot
Elaboration: Aged 20 months in 60% new French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Perfectly balanced with lush blue and black fruits, wet earth, cedary herbs, wet red clay, crushed green peppercorn, and shades of sweet spice and sage, a gorgeous combination of earth, fruit, and spice with grippy tannins, lush acidity, and a lingering finish.
