This time she’s venturing into the foothills of Châteauneuf du Pape to visit the Bonnets at La Bastide Saint Dominique, producers of certified-organic wines that are exceptionally delicious! Astryd had the pleasure of spending time there with Veronique - of the brother (Eric) and sister team who run the entire operation, passed down from their parents - and the fabulous Harry Bosmans, our GrapeX man in the vineyards in the Rhône.
