Varietal Composition: 50% Cinsault, 30% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Rolle, 5% of local varieties

Elaboration:  Sustainable practices since 2015. Direct destemming and pressing, followed by selection of juices, decanting and fermentation at 64°F.

Tasting Notes:  Very fresh aromas of red berries, tropical fruits, and nectarine. On the palate, it presents a slightly mineral taste with notes of white fruit and hints of exotic fruit, like lychee and guava.

PRODUCER BACKGROUND

Château des Bertrands is an authentic Provence-style wine estate with 200 acres of vineyards and an equestrian center. Established in 1964 and located at the very heart of Provence, 20 miles away from Saint-Tropez. The winery is owned by one of the top owners and producers of fine rosés in Provence, Les Vignobles De Berne. Sustainable practices since 2015 and certified HVE3 – High Environmental Value granted by French Government.
